Rory Carle is a principal and co-founder of Catalyst Resource Group, LLC. He began his career in corporate finance, holding various analysis and business development positions with three Fortune 500 companies. His search career began with one of the industry’s largest and most established specialized international search firms where he earned the “Rookie of the Year” award in his first year in its Atlanta office.

Rory earned degrees in Finance and Risk Management and Insurance from the University of Florida, Gainesville. He and his wife live in the Atlanta area and have two children. Rory has been involved with the Jaycees and Kiwanis and has assumed various leadership roles in his community. In addition, Rory has also been a youth athletic coach for soccer, baseball and basketball.
