Irwin Solomon is a principle and co-founder of Catalyst Resource Group, LLC. His more than 20 years of experience in various aspects of finance, sales and management make him uniquely qualified to analyze client needs and recruit qualified candidates for Catalyst Resource Group clients. Solomon’s background includes serving in various managerial positions in finance and accounting, owning and operating his own manufacturing and distribution business and leading the recruiting sales staff for an international recruiting firm.

A graduate of Mercer University with a degree in finance, Irwin resides with his family in Roswell, Georgia and is actively involved in ALTA (Atlanta Lawn and Tennis Association).
