How To Purchase Group Tickets:

  1. Go to your local box office and purchase your tickets there.
  2. FILL OUT THIS FORM:  https://www.amctheatres.com/amc/group-sales-form
    • Select My Event is Not Listed for Event Type
    • Fill out your contact information
    • For Desired Event Date, please select a day Thursday, August 24th through Sunday August 27th, by clicking on the icon.
    • Fill out all appropriate fields about preferred time, number of tickets, etc
    • Select All Saints for Preferred Movie
    • Select 2D for format
    • Submit.

* Please note: reservation turn time is typically one week from initial request to confirmation.

How To Purchase Group Tickets (25 or more):

B&B does offer group discounts. Your group purchase must be a minimum of $300 spent so the size needed would depend upon the date/time/number of people as different locations have different prices. In general, your group will need to be 25 or more.

How To Purchase Group Tickets (15 or more):

  1. Please complete the reservation form at https://celebrationcinema.com/groupsales.
    • Discounts only apply for the purchase of 15 or more tickets.
  1. For Event Type, select Group Sales
  2. Select the theater of your choice
  3. Type in All Saints for “What movie?”
  4. Click the Calendar icon and select a date August 24th through August 27th
  5. Type the estimated amount of tickets needed (minimum of 15)
  6. For Group Name, you can give name of your church, small group, etc.
  7. Give your name, phone and email. A local manager will contact you to sort through the details.
  8. Hit SUBMIT

About The Booking Process:

After CINEMAGIC has gathered all of your booking information, they will create a written agreement and send it to you. Once you review, sign, and include credit card authorization in the written agreement, please return it to them so that they may process your payment and finalize your booking. They require a minimum of 50% deposit upon receiving the signed written agreement in order to finalize your booking. After finalizing they will put you in touch with the general manager of the theater to arrange picking up your tickets and vouchers if applicable. The general manager will also be able to answer any questions you may have about the day of your event.     

Booking Policy:

Please note that your event is not booked until a written agreement is fully executed and the required deposit has been paid. All private events require a minimum 10 day advance booking. Additional charges apply to all bookings finalized less than 10 days prior to the event date.

    • Ask for the manager to assist you and if there is a discount for group ticket purchases for your theater.

  1. Cinemark offers Platinum Supersavers online at www.cinemark.com at $8.00 each ($8.50 in CA)
    • They require a minimum purchase of 50
    • You must take the supersavers to the box office to exchange them for tickets to ALL SAINTS.

Discount Tickets (the VIP Ultimate)

  • These include a bulk discount and do not carry an expiration date.  
  • All tickets must be purchased in bundles of 50.
  • No additional discount can be applied regardless of quantity purchased.
  • Tickets are purchased in advance and exchanged at the box office for a specific movie and show time.
  • Please note that until the vouchers are exchanged at the box office, admission is not guaranteed.
  • Tickets $400.00 ($8.00/ ticket)
  • Showtimes Before 6PM: Valid for any regular priced show and films that are designated Special Engagement. Valid for 3D films, Cine Capri and Camelview at Fashion Square.
  • Showtimes After 6PM: Valid for any regular priced show and films that are designated Special Engagement.

How To Purchase Auditorium Buyout (private screening, rent auditorium for up to 3 hours):

  1. For this option, please complete their online Event Request Form which can be found here: http://www.harkinstheatres.com/rentalrequest.aspx
  2. Complete online Event Request Form
    • Cassidy Doller, Event Specialist, or an Event Coordinator will reach out within 2 – 3 business days (typically faster), with pricing and details for renting an auditorium.  
    • If your group chooses to move forward, you will complete an attachment called the Rental Application Form, and send to Cassidy or the Event Coordinator, in which they will send you a contract and place the event on their calendar as Pending.
    • Once they receive the signed contract back from your group, they will countersign and confirm everything with the theatre and send your group a copy of the countersigned contract and confirmation.

Guidelines For Private Buyout Requests:

  • Must be Thursday – Sunday
  • Minimum size of your group is 100.
  • Regular business hours screenings are held while the theatre is normally open for business to the general public.
  • A full buy-out of a selected auditorium is required (i.e. a ticket is purchased for every seat of the selected auditorium).
  • Pricing is based on time of day, day of week and number of seats in the auditorium.
    • Matinee hours – full buy-out at the Adult Matinee admission rate
    • Evening hours – full buy-out at the Adult Evening admission rate
  • Private screenings are premiere showings and discounts are not available.
  • Due to film studio contracts, movies and admission prices are subject to change without notice. Titles and pricing cannot be confirmed until approval notification is received from Regal’s Film Department.
  • To maintain the theatre’s published daily show times, all private screening showtimes MUST begin as scheduled per your confirmation.
  • Attendees may arrive 30 minutes prior to the show time. Seats are first come first serve.
  • All concessions must be paid for on the day of the screening at the theatre (cash or credit card).
  • No outside food or beverage of any kind will be permitted in the theatre.
  • A confirmation notice and an invoice based upon expected total number of attendees (non-business hours screening) or the auditorium seat count (regular business hours screening) will be sent to the customer via email at least three days in advance of the screening date.
  • Please bring your confirmation email to the theatre on the day of your screening.

  1. Fri-Sun: requires full theater buyout at our general admission prices
  2. Mon-Thurs: requires 85% of the theater at our group rate price
